Are there companies that only host mail servers for people. I want a domain name only for mail accounts, is this possible? If so, please name a few for me to go and check out.

You know I have seen webmail services from serverpoint company, they provide their services cheaply and reliable and I do hope that they will meet your needs all right.
This company is reliable and has provided their services for a long while.
